- If you have kids (and even if not), rent and watch the movie Joseph: King of Dreams by Dreamworks. Read the Bible or The Story before and afterwards, and compare what's the same and what's different. Help your kids learn how to discern well the difference between modern media and the bible. What was helpful in the movie to understanding the story of Joseph? What do you make of the producing artists' rendition, interpretations, additions, and subtractions?
- Go and see the musical, "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." It's a fabulous musical (and the first time I saw it, Donny Osmand played Joseph!).
