CompassPoints Assessment
This assessment is intended to help you on your spiritual journey by locating areas of strength and areas which might require greater focus as you seek with us in our life-giving vision to become what we call "4C Christians." The 4C's come from Fair Haven’s Mission Statement, and a 4C Christian is one who Celebrates Christ Authentically, Cultivates Life in Christ Personally, Cares for Others Unconditionally, and Communicates Christ Intentionally. This assessment is based upon these 4C's as well as pathways of belonging and development at Fair Haven. Each of these C's is a CompassPoint.
You will receive an Individual Assessment Report that will provide 3 areas of descriptive analysis. Your answers to questions are confidential, and your Individual Assessment Report will only be shared with those with whom you wish to share it, however the results will be combined without your name with others to help us gain the spiritual pulse of the congregation and to discover trends and needs. A Pastor, or Spiritual Growth Coach can help you understand the assessment and develop a Personal Spiritual Growth Plan based on the information you've provided.
